How to use:

cut a strip about 10 cm long with scissors
Hold the strap with both hands between your thumb and forefinger
leave about 1 cm of free space on the strip
place the strip in the interdental space
clean the tooth surface with the rough side of the tape in 3 – 4 sliding movements
